Description

We would like to welcome you in our holiday apartement Frienwohnung Stuiben! Our modern and comfortable furnished appartement offers a lot of space to relax in a cozy athmosphere.

The flat is around 50qm big and consists of a light living room which flows seamlessly into the pleasant bedroom. Also there is a fully equipped kitchen as well as a bathroom decorated in a mediterranean style with a shower.

From the living area, to be exactly from the bedroom you have access to the shielded terrace.
You can park your car or motorcycle right in front of the house in the private driveway.

Holiday destination

Unsere Ferienwohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend schräg gegenüber der Kinder-Rheumaklinik. Verschiendene Spazier- und Wanderwege, zum Beispiel Richtung Skistadion, Partnachklamm Partnachalm, Eckbauer oder Hausberg, liegen nur 250 Meter entfernt. Im Winter und bei entsprechender Schneelage haben Sie in gleicher Entfernung Zugang zur Loipe.
Vom Haus aus können Sie direkt zu einer Fahrrad-oder Mountainbiketour aufbrechen.

In unmittelbarer Nähe befindet sich ein Supermarkt. Den Bahnhof können Sie zu Fuß in etwa 8 Minuten erreichen. Dort beginnt die Einkaufsstraße von Garmisch. Innerhalb von 15 Minuten gelangen Sie zum malerischen Ortskern von Partenkirchen.

Kurze Wege zum Bahnhof und zum Skistadion. Gute Wandermöglichkeiten.Würde wahrscheinlich noch mal wieder kommen wenn es passt.

Wir haben und in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt, sehr nette Gastgeberin, tolle Umgebung.
Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, es gibt fast alles was man für einen schönen Urlaub braucht. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Wunderschöne kleine Ferienwohnung

Wir haben uns für unseren Ski Urlaub die Ferienwohnung Stuiben von Frau Zeller ausgesucht und waren überaus begeistert. Bei der Ferienwohnung war alles bereitgestellt, was man für einen schönen Urlaub braucht. Mit dem Auto waren wir super schnell im Stadtkern und an den Pisten. Wenn man mag kann man auch einen schönen Spaziergang in den Stadtkern machen oder die Gegend erkunden. Wir können diese Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen und würden auch erneut die Wohnung buchen, wenn es uns noch einmal nach Garmisch-Partenkirchen verschlagen sollte. Auch die Vermieterin war super lieb, man konnte sie immer kontaktieren und hat nach kürzester Zeit auch eine Antwort erhalten. Gerne wieder! Wir können es echt nur empfehlen!
