The penthouse, with a total of 140 m2, of which 70 m2 is a south-facing terrace, is the only living unit in the building.
It is modern and tastefully furnished, with floor-to-ceiling windows making it bright and welcoming.
The apartment consists of a living room, a fully equipped fitted kitchen with dining area, 2 bedrooms, a walk-in closet, a bathroom with shower, bidet, toilet, and window.
The cast iron wood stove in the living room provides coziness during the autumn and winter seasons.
On the terrace, there is a pavilion with dining facilities and a gas grill, yet there is still plenty of space to sunbathe or relax on the loungers in peace.
You have access to a private underground parking space (unmonitored), a lockable cellar room, and 2 bicycles at your disposal.

Right in front of the holiday home, there is a bicycle path and a bus stop, allowing you to easily reach the city center of Arco (1.5 km), Riva (3.5 km), the surfer's paradise Torbole (5 km), and of course Lake Garda, even without a car.
Many via ferratas and hiking trails are just a few kilometers away.
