A lovely spacious apartment for six people with a sofa bed, situated in the most central location in the heart of the charming coastal village of Callantsoog. A prime holiday destination right on the village square with views of the dunes. This apartment is located on the first floor above the van der Ploeg bakery.
This apartment is part of a B&B. You'll be treated to a freshly baked and delicious breakfast served by the bakery.
The apartment features an open kitchen with a magnificent view of the village square, the terraces, and in the background, the dunes of Callantsoog. The living room is open to the kitchen and is located at the back of the house. From the living room, you have access to the private terrace. Please note that you may be able to hear the patrons of the bakery on the terrace.

The apartment is located in the center of Callantsoog, one of the oldest and most beautiful places in the country with a cozy center. There are many shops, terraces, and restaurants here. Most shops are open all year round, creating a lovely atmosphere. Some of the five existing beach pavilions are open throughout the year. Here, after a refreshing walk on the beach, it is also nice and warm in winter, especially with a cup of chocolate or coffee.

A trip cancellation is possible at any time. However, a booking cancellation can only be made in writing. The booking fee and the following cancellation fees are then due:
- Up to 91 days before the start of the trip: 20% of the rental price
- From the 90th day to the 61st day before the start of the trip: 50% of the rental price
- From the 60th day to the 31st day before the start of the trip: 75% of the rental price
- From the 30th day to the 14th day before the start of the trip: 90% of the rental price
- Less than 14 days before the start of the trip, or if the trip is not commenced: the entire rental price
