The private, chlorine pool is perfectly integrated in the rustic and authentic outdoor area. It is slightly elevated and has a depth of 1,6m and measures 2.5m2. There is an exterior shower to freshen up and wash off the chlorine, after a dip in the pool. There are different porches and terraces to enjoy the Mediterranean sun on the four sun loungers, amaze yourselves with the views on the Salines, or to prepare a tasty barbecue with the family. The terrain is fenced and there are no direct neighbors, so you will enjoy complete privacy.
The interior design combines an authentic, rural atmosphere with modern materials and finishes. The living- and dining room shows wooden beams and natural stone walls, while it counts with air conditioning and television, as well as a fire place for the colder days, to enjoy a good book or a relaxing nap on the sofa. The kitchen is typical Mallorcan construction, but performed in modern material. It counts with a gas stove top, an electric oven, a dishwasher and all necessary utensils to prepare a great meal for your family. The laundry room is equipped with a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. On the ground floor, we find three comfortable bedrooms with a double bed, air conditioning and a wardrobe. Two of them have an en-suite bathroom with a bath tub, and one has access to the garden, and enough space to put up an extra (folding) bed. There is an extra bathroom with a shower. On the first floor, there is one bedroom with a double bed, A/C and a wardrobe. Keep in mind that this bedroom does not have a door.

There's a mandatory tourist tax in the Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55 EUR/night and guest during the low season and 2.2 EUR/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day for your stay. The payment of this tax will be made through an external, safe link and you will pay directly to the agency.

The house is situated nearby the most famous beach of Mallorca: Es Trenc, considered a protected area, with fine, white sand, crystalline water and untouched dunes. In the village Campos, you will find all kinds of services you might need during your stay, like supermarkets, restaurants and shops. You will surely enjoy visiting Colonia Sant Jordi, where you can rent bikes, walk along the coast or take a boat trip to the Natural Park of the island of Cabrera.

If a client wishes to cancel his booking he should immediately advise Homerti by calling and writing. In case a booking is cancelled by the guest, the agency will receive a cancellation fee as specified below:
Cancellation earlier than 35 days before arrival: Free cancellation
Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee
If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.
Tourist tax: € 2.20 per person per night (not included) from May 1 until October 31.
