Description

The country house is perched on a hilltop plateau, surrounded by a large meadow lined with oak and cork oak trees.

One can see Massa Marittima with the Montieri mountains and Le Cornate in the background, and the gently rolling Tuscan landscape with vineyards, olive groves, and even the sea and the island of Elba. There is tranquility, picturesque scenery, and yet it is not far from famous attractions, as there are good transport connections. On the highway that runs along the coast, one can easily reach many cities, such as Pisa, Lucca, Rome, or even Etruscan archaeological sites like Roselle, Populonia...

The sea is quickly accessible on a straight route. The beach of Follonica is almost entirely open to the public and surrounded by pines. Beautiful swimming spots can also be found in Punta Ala, Castiglione della Pescaia, or in the Bay of Baratti. The lake Lago dell’ Accessa is 7 km away.

The restored house has several terraces and a natural garden. The holiday apartment, with a generous 70m² layout, is furnished in the traditional style of Tuscany.

Special features

A wide range of holiday activities: here you can combine a beach holiday with culture, sightseeing, and active sports such as hiking and cycling. Nearby are the Tuscany/Pelagone Golf Club and the Punta Ala Golf Club.
Recently, Massa M. has become a cyclist's paradise. There are countless developed mountain bike trails in the area, some of which even run through our property.
