Komfortable Wohnung mit schönem Ausblick auf den Golfplatz: Nachteilig erwies sich die Nord-Ost-Ausrichtung der Terrasse gerade in der Winterzeit (November), da ab 14.00 Uhr die Terrasse im Schatten lag. Für einen Urlaub in dieser Zeit ist die Wohnung zu kalt; die Heizung über Aircondition bzw. über die Fußbodenheizung ist vorhanden, jedoch unwirtschaftlich und nicht ökologisch (relativ hoher Stromverbrauch).
Die im Mietvertrag versprochene SAT-Anlage (internationale Fernsehkanäle) fehlte (keine SAT-Schüssel vorhanden). Nach unserer Reklamation wurde am 5. Tag unseres Aufenthalts eine neue SAT-Schüssel installiert und angeschlossen.
