The holiday flat has got a seprate entry. There is a sitting room with breakfast corner and kitchen-line; a bathroom with shower and wc as well. The bedroom is upstairs with one double bed and two single beds.

Grassau is a community of the region Chiemsee. Central situated it is near Salzburg (40 min.), Munich (60 min.), Kitzbühel (60 min.) or Rosenheim (35 min.). You can mountainbike or hike starting directly at the flat. Chiemsee is famous for the island Herrenchiemsee with the castle of king Ludwig II.

Ein perfekter Urlaub

In dieser schönen und gemütlich eingerichteten Ferienwohnung mit dem modernen Bad hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Toll ist auch das eingezäunte Gartenstück mit Sonnenterrasse, auf der wir gerne mit unserer Hündin Apple gesessen haben. Besonders angetan hatte es uns das ruhige Schlafzimmer mit den bequemen Betten, so gut haben wir lange nicht geschlafen ;o) Im Ort gibt es alles an Geschäften, was man für den täglichen Bedarf braucht. Grassaus Lage ist perfekt für Ausflüge an den Chiemsee, nach Salzburg oder an den Königssee (um nur einige wenige Ziele zu nennen) und auch für uns Radfahrer gibt es hier viele schöne Strecken mit guten Radwegen. Frau Ochsendorf hatte immer ein offenes Ohr und hat uns einen unvergesslichen Urlaub bereitet, vielen Dank dafür und wir kommen ganz sicher nochmal wieder!

Die gepflegte Wohnung hat uns sehr gefallen. Nur ein wunsch blieb offen, den aber die Familie Ochsendorf nicht einlösen konnte. DAS WETTER: Wir hatten nur einen Tag ohne Regen. Aber weil die Wohnung optimal ausgestattet, gepflegt und funktionell war, haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
