Welcome to this lovely Majorcan house in the middle of the countryside where you will enjoy nature and the peacefullness of a town of the inside of the island.
The 200 m2 house is within a major property of 30.000 m2, and it is ideal to disconnect and relax. The great 7,4 x 4,5 swimming pool with a depth from 1.20 to 2.20 is the dominant element in the outside. It is surrounded by a traditional and ample terrace where you can sunbathe in one of the 4 sunbeds or have a rest under the parasol. From the terrace we get into the furnished porch, which is equipped to enjoy long evenings with your loved ones. You will enjoy the amazing sights over the countryside and El Pla. The finca is fenced and there are no many neighbours in the surroundings so privacy is total.
The house is divided into two floors. On the ground floor we find a spacious and luminous living room where you can have a rest and watch a film in TV-Sat or enjoy the wifi connection. The truly important room on the ground floor is the kitchen since it follows with the Majorcan rustic style including a fireplace for the coldest nights. The 28 m2 kitchen has a vitro and it is well equipped, the best place to cook our favourite dishes and enjoy the time with the family. There is also a laundry with a washing machine, iron and iron board. On the ground floor there is also bathroom with shower for the whole house.
The first bedroom with twin beds is on the ground floor. The other 3 bedrooms are on the first floor. The first bedroom counts with a double room, a closet and an en suite bathroom with bathtub, and you have access to the terrace. There is also space enough for a cot, available on request. The second bedroom has two single beds and a closet. The third bedroom has another double bed with closet and exit to a balcony.
Pets are not allowed.
The holding of events is forbidden.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55 euro/night and guest during the low season and 2.2 euro/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.
Guests will receive an email 7 days prior to arrival with mandatory general deposit payment information. The deposit is payable by credit card via a secure link within 24 hours after receiving the email. The house is located in a rural area between Sant Joan and Vilafranca. The nearest neighborhood is ideal to practice hiking. Sant Joan is a little village in the center of the island which counts with all public services that you may need, as well as a wide gastronomic offer. You will arrive to the beaches rapidly through the Ma-15.

If a client wishes to cancel his booking he should immediately advise Homerti by calling and writing. In case a booking is cancelled by the guest, the agency will receive a cancellation fee as specified below:
Cancellation earlier than 35 days before arrival: Free cancellation.
Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee
If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.
