The renovations of the holiday home were completed in 2017 and it was fully refurnished.
Each of the 3 bedrooms on the first floor has its own new bathroom with window, a box spring bed and a 40" flat screen TV. The other 3 bedrooms on the second floor have their own bathrooms with window.
The holiday home is on a main road in a 30 kph zone in the monument preservation area of Karden.
The 450 m2 garden is sunny and gives a free view directly into the vineyards.

The Moselle is only a few steps away, and there are numerous hiking trails like the Jakobspfad, the Moselsteig and some dreamy paths will lead you directly through the vineyards, romantic valleys and forests. Nearby Eltz Castle or Pyrmont Castle and the Martberg (Roman temple) are attractive excursion destinations.
Discover the surrounding wine villages right along the Moselle. Cochem is only 12 km away.
Treis-Karden has supermarkets, a swimming pool and varied gastronomy. There are restaurants with top cuisine nearby, and naturally Moselle wine of exceptional quality. There is an 18 hole golf course 12 km away. The Treis neighbourhood has its own marina.

5. Cancellation by the renter
a) The renter can cancel the rental contract in writing before the beginning of the rental period. The time the landlord receives the written cancellation is the time of cancellation.
b) If the renter cancels the rental contract, they must pay a flat fee for the expenses incurred by the landlord and the lost revenue in the following amounts:
Cancellation up to 60 days before the rental period starts: free
Cancellation up to 30 days before the rental period starts: 50% of the rental price
Cancellation less than 30 days before the rental period starts: 100% of the rental price

Unser erstes Ferienhaus eröffneten wir in der Eifel. Wir nannten es Ferienhaus Lemon Tree, nach dem Lied von Fools Garden. Das Ferienhaus mit einer Wohnfläche von 120 qm für 6 Personen, wurde ca. 1900 aus vulkanischem Tuffstein erbaut. Hier hatten wir uns zum Ziel gesetzt, eine Einheit zwischen historischen Grundelementen und einer modernen Einrichtung zu schaffen. Danach hatten wir den Wunsch, ein hochwertiges, historisches Ferienhaus für größere Gruppen zu gestalten. Wir fanden ein wunderschönes, denkmalgeschütztes Fachwerkhaus an der Mosel, pflanzten einen Apfelbaum im Garten und tauften es "Apple Tree". Ziel war es ein Wohlfühl-Haus für Familien und Freunde zu gestalten. Unsere Gäste sollten sich dort rundum wohl fühlen, mit der Möglichkeit sich auf das eigene Zimmer zurückzuziehen.
