Outside, the two incredible terraces invite you to spend most time outdoors. The first terrace is at the entrance and in there you can have fantastic dinners or enjoy a delicous breakfast in the morning. At the second terrace, the sunbeds and sofas invite you to sunbathe under the warm Mallorcan sun until the sunset.
Once in the inside, the house is divided into two floors. On the ground floor there is a cosy living room equipped with air conditioning in which you can enjoy the satellite TV. The gas kitchen is well equipped to cook your best dishes. Finally there is a bathroom with a shower on this floor. On the first floor we find the 2 bedrooms. One with double bed and other with two singles beds. The two bedrooms have access to the terrace and incredifle sights to the sea. There's a sofa bed in the living room, so the property has a total capacity of 5 people. There is another bathroom with a shower on this floor. This nice house features a washing machine, an iron, an ironing board as well as a cot, a high chair and a fan on request.
Note: We cannot accept guests under 30 years old, unless they are accompanied by their parents. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.
Pets are not allowed.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55 euro/night and guest during the low season and 2.2 euro/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.
Guests will receive an email 7 days prior to arrival with mandatory general deposit payment information. The deposit is payable by credit card via a secure link within 24 hours after receiving the email. There are many leisure options in Puerto de Alcudia: water sports, good gastronomic offer, shops, supermarkets, night life,... The beach is one of the largest beaches in the island with fine sand and crystalline waters, but you can also visit other coves like Mal Pas or Manresa. Tuesdays and Sundays takes place the market in Alcúdia old town. Furthermore, you can visit the chapel of La Victoria.

If a client wishes to cancel his booking he should immediately advise Homerti by calling and writing. In case a booking is cancelled by the guest, the agency will receive a cancellation fee as specified below:
Cancellation earlier than 35 days before arrival: Free cancellation.
Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee
If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.
