Everything is new with luxurious furnishings, TV, stereo, large living room (40 m2), plenty of light and window with a view of the greenery, large bedroom with white natural wood furniture and new mattresses.
There is also a kitchen with all of the necessary kitchen equipment (microwave, etc.), including dishwasher and fine porcelain, bathroom with double sink, bathtub and shower, large foyer with additional sleeping niche and large balcony. Great Mediterranean flair in a designer building.

Very good transport connections (S8, various bus lines). There is a large, beautiful park with old-growth trees for walking and jogging very nearby.
Coming from the airport you take the S8 towards Munich City Centre. Get out at the "Engelschaking" station. You'll get out on the right side, then continue left on "Brodersenstrasse", pass the bakery on the left and turn left at the next crossing onto "Marienburgerstrasse". Then take a left onto "Puziger Strasse". Continue straight on until you come to Ostpreussenstrasse.
