This magnificent 4-bedroom holiday home in the Mediterranean style is located in Sampzon. A group of 8 or a large family can stay here and enjoy facilities like a shared swimming pool to swim a few laps and a roofed terrace to enjoy reading a book.

Ardeche River flows just 500 m away and is ideal for fishing or water sports. Nearest restaurants are 1 km away, to grab a bite. Horse riding can be done at 3 km. You can visit Vallon pont d'arc at 5 km for enjoying water sports or buying essentials.

The spacious furnished garden offers a magnificent view of the valley and the mountains. With shared facilities like a tennis court, table tennis table and play equipment, there is something for all age groups to enjoy. Washing machine and heating are other facilities available for your convenience. You can cook delicacies in the well-equipped kitchen. A cot and high chair for the little ones are also there.

Wunderschönes Haus! Schön gelegen. Das Gemeinschaftsschwimmbad ist wunderbar ruhig, der Fluss ist in der Nähe.
Kleine Sehenswürdigkeiten. Der Kühlschrank ist eher klein, wir hatten 4 Erwachsene im Haus und der Kühlschrank war voll. Das Gleiche gilt für den Mülleimer. Auch in den Badezimmern könnte es mehr Aufhängemöglichkeiten geben. Für ein 8-Personen-Haus benötigen Sie außerdem einen Handtuchhalter für 8 Personen und einige Haken zum Aufhängen Ihrer Kleidung.

Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen und das liegt sicherlich auch an diesem Ferienhaus.
Es ist innen und außen sehr geräumig. Die Aussicht ist wunderschön.
Tagsüber war es recht warm, aber nachts kühlte es immer wieder ab.
Die Fensterläden ermöglichten es uns, das Haus auch ohne Klimaanlage angenehm zu halten.
Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was wir brauchten. An Wasserflaschen (für die Karaffe d'eau), ein großes Schneidemesser (für die Melone), einige Plastikgläser und sogar Eiswürfelformen war gedacht. Auch ein Wäscheständer, Wäscheklammern und ein Wäschekorb machten die notwendigen Aufgaben im Urlaub mühelos.
Die Domain hat ein Angebot für diejenigen, die Lust dazu haben, und viel Ruhe für diejenigen, die es genießen. Es ist nie besonders viel los und die Leute helfen bei allen möglichen Fragen, auch auf Niederländisch.
