Our country house, which we live in, is on 1500 m2 of land and surrounded by a beautiful garden. It is located next to Albufera National Park, 2 km from Can Picafort and Playa de Muro. The 35 m2 apartment has a separate entrance. It is divided into three sections and appeals to couples of all ages. The spacious living area with a comfortable seating area, a wonderful view of the countryside invites you to linger. The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired and the sleeping area consists of a comfortable double bed. The bathroom is small but nice. Under the covered terrace or sitting area under the lemon trees, you can relax with a glass of wine, barbecue and enjoy the tranquility. There is also a roof terrace with two loungers and a unique view of the Tramuntana mountains with beautiful sunsets. For exploring the surrounding area, the provided bicycles are ideal.
For convenience, a private parking lot ensures your rental car on the property, right at your studio.
