Our in 2017 acquired apartment Hauzenberg, App. 303, is located in the small Bavarian Feriendorf Adalbert Stifter, in the southern slope, very quiet, in the air cure Hauzenberg-Rassreuth, with view of Hauzenberg and the Staffelberg.
The spacious 2 room apartment, 60 sqm, level access, can accommodate 4 people.
Kitchenette with ceramic hob and oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment and much more. Bedroom with two single beds.
Large living area with dining area, flat screen TV, sofa and separate wardrobe (double bed).
Spacious bathroom with shower and window. Balcony with a wonderful view. Own parking in front of the apartment.
Indoor pool, outdoor pool, sauna and playground are available to our guests free of charge.
A bakery is served Monday to Saturday in the village, where you can shop for heartbreaks.
The Freudensee is within walking distance.

The Feriendorf Adalbert Stifter is located 2 km from the Luftkurort Hauzenberg, in the district of Rassreuth. Hauzenberg-Rassreuth is located in the southern Bavarian Forest, not far from the Dreiländereck: Bavaria-Bohemia-Austria. Hauzenberg belongs to the district of Passau.
Passau is 20 km away. The Bavarian National Park is about 25 km away.
The village was built in a beautiful southern slope. Directly from the house there are many hiking possibilities, whether an easy walk, a hiking or day trip. For swimming in the Freudensee lake it is only about 600 m.
On the "Oberfrauenwald" near Hauzenberg with its view tower you have a wonderful panoramic view over the southern Bavarian Forest and up to Austria. For skiers, the Geyersberg lift, about 5 km, or the large ski resort Hochficht, about 30 km. There are 6 golf courses in the region. Countless excursions to sights, cities, hiking areas and good food can be found around Hauzenberg.

Bei Reiserücktritt gelten die gesetzlichen Bestimmungen des deutschen Mietrechts. Wir behalten uns vor, bei Stornierung eine Bearbeitungs- bzw. Aufwandsgebühr in Höhe von 10 % des Mietpreises zu berechnen.
Bei Änderung und Umbuchung fallen einmalig 20,00 EURO an.
Eine kostenfreie Stornierung ist nicht möglich.
Storniert der Gast die Buchung (per Email , Postweg oder telefonisch) oder erscheint er am Anreisetag nicht, bleibt der Anspruch des Vermieters auf den Mietzins bestehen. Der Mietzins beträgt abhängig vom Zeitpunkt der Stornierung:
- bis 3 Monate vor Mietbeginn 40 %, was dem Anzahlungsbetrag entspricht, des für die Vermietung vereinbarten Betrages.
- ab 8 Wochen vor Mietbeginn 60 % des für die Vermietung vereinbarten Betrages,
- ab 6 Wochen vor Mietbeginn 80 % des für die Vermietung vereinbarten Betrages
- ab 4 Wochen vor Mietbeginn 90 % des für die Vermietung vereinbarten Betrages
Der Vermieter ist angehalten, bei Stornierung oder Nichtanreise die Ferienwohnung anderweitig zu vermieten. Sollte die Wohnung anderweitig vermietet werden können, so fällt ein Schadensausgleich in Höhe der Differenz zu einem geringeren Weitervermietungspreis an.
Der Gast kann hinsichtlich der Stornierung den Nachweis führen, dass dem Vermieter gar kein Schaden oder ein wesentlich geringerer als die vorgenannten Schadenspauschalen entstanden ist.
Auf den Abschluss einer Reiserücktrittskostenversicherung wird empfehlend hingewiesen.
