The cozy and lovingly furnished apartment in Alpine style ensures that you feel comfortable in your holiday home. The apartment has a terrace and garden facing south, with a view over Riezlern to the peaks of the Walser mountains. Besides the beautiful hikes in summer, a visit to the Breitachklamm gorge, swimming pool, spa park with a small lake, and large playground is also worthwhile. Our 3 excellent brass bands in the valley and the Walser weekly market are great for your vacation. In winter, both adults and children can enjoy a snowball fight and sledding right next to our house. In our village, there is an ice rink for ice skating and a snowman meeting with live music.
In the summer, our house guests can use all mountain railways in Kleinwalsertal and Oberstdorf for free. The 5 bus lines in the valley can be used free of charge in summer and winter with the guest card.

Kleinwalsertal is a high valley in the Allgäu Alps and is located in the east of Vorarlberg. The Breitach river runs through the entire valley and is fed by several tributaries that originate from the side valleys of Kleinwalsertal.
It is part of the Allgäu Alps, which are a section of the Northern Limestone Alps. The highest peak is the Großer Widderstein (2533 m).
Arrival by car:
Most routes converge in Ulm and continue on the A 7.
At the Allgäu motorway triangle, take the section of the A 980 to the Waltenhofen junction and follow the four-lane federal road 19 via Sonthofen and Oberstdorf into Kleinwalsertal.
You do not need a motorway vignette for the drive into the valley.
Arrival by train:
For those arriving by train, the destination station is Oberrstdorf in the Allgäu, 10 km away.

Cancellation Policy according to ÖHVB
Cancellation without a cancellation fee:
Both contracting parties, i.e., the guest as well as the accommodation provider, can dissolve the accommodation contract without paying a cancellation fee no later than three months before the agreed arrival date of the guest. The cancellation declaration must be received by the contracting party within this period.
If the guest does not arrive by 6:00 PM on the agreed arrival day and no later arrival time has been arranged, the accommodation provider has the right to withdraw from the contract. However, if a deposit has been paid by the guest, the room must be reserved until no later than 12:00 PM the following day.
Cancellation with a cancellation fee:
Both contracting parties can withdraw from the contract no later than one month before the agreed arrival date of the guest. In this case, however, a cancellation fee amounting to the room price for three days must be paid. The cancellation declaration must be received by the contracting party within this period.
Even if the guest does not make use of the ordered rooms or the board services, they are still obliged to pay the fee. The accommodation provider must, however, deduct what they have saved by not having to provide the service (20% of the room price) or what they have received by re-renting the room. There is an obligation to mitigate damages. The accommodation provider must make an effort to re-rent the rooms that were not used.
