Quiet and yet in the centre of life' is the motto of this exclusive holiday flat. The furnishings leave almost nothing to be desired: you enter, walk along the open-plan corridor and look directly out to sea - as far as the horizon! The floor-to-ceiling windows let in light and sun, while the large, wrap-around balcony gives you the feeling of being on holiday on a cruise ship.
There is a large living room with an open-plan kitchen that offers everything that makes amateur chefs happy: extra-large ceramic hob, so-called ‘head-free extractor bonnet’, oven with integrated microwave at eye level, fridge and freezer. All kitchen appliances such as a coffee machine, toaster and kettle are of high quality, and there is also an espresso machine for a quick coffee break in between. A 4K Ultra-HD TV with soundbar system, subwoofer and Blue-Ray player ensures good entertainment. Wi-Fi use is free of charge. Continue to the two bedrooms - the guest bedroom with wall-mounted TV, queen-size bed and window with electric external blinds. The ‘master bedroom’ with double bed, spacious sliding-door wardrobe and exterior and interior blinds. Real oak floorboards and underfloor heating in all rooms ensure a cosy living atmosphere. There are two bathrooms with natural light and floor-level showers, both tastefully tiled in subtle grey and white. The large bathroom has two washbasins, a wooden shelf and an illuminated mirror above, while the smaller bathroom also has a washing machine with integrated tumble dryer.
The house naturally has a lift and a private outdoor parking space for your car. Non-smoking, pets not allowed.
The Hotel Göttsche next door will be demolished from May 2017. In the event of any construction noise, a discount may be granted on site.
