Possibility to rent yacht, motor boat or rubber boat with skipper or without. The boat will be delivered to you in front of house.
If you come with your own boat you can rent buoy in front or reserve a berth in marina across the house.
Villa is situated direct on the beach with sand inside the sea. Villa is surrounded by 100 years old olive trees which give perfect shadow. Parking for several cars is insured. Below the villa, along sea cost there is a narrow promenade which you can use to visit romantic village center with whole range of traditional dalmatian tavern, modern coffee bars and souvenir shops. Ancient town Zadar is short 10 minutes drive from Sukošan. Famous Croatian National Parks are easy reachable from Sukošan.
