The apartment on the top floor of the two-family house with south-facing loggia has a size of approx. 100 sqm. From the loggia you have a beautiful view of the garden, the Krampnitzsee, the horse paddock, the beginning of the Königswaldes and the few other houses in the village. It has a large living and dining room, a fireplace, a bedroom with a double bed, a kitchen, a bathroom and a hallway.
In the top floor with sloping roof and a standing height of only 1.84 m (5'12'') there are 2 mansard rooms. The two rooms serve as a small office and additional sleeping for 1 person. Here is a single bed with a width of 1.40 m (55'').
There are various water sports activities such as bathing, rowing, windsurfing, paddling, sunbathing, etc. from the boat's own footbridge. Also the arrival / departure with your own boat should be possible. A rowing boat can be provided on request and prior arrangement. Internet access is available via W-LAN. The apartment has satellite TV with 2 LED TVs and a Blu-ray player.

The Krampnitzsee is an end lake of the Potsdam Havel waters. In the east begins the forest area Königswald, which reaches as far as Sacrow and Groß Glienicke. To the north, the nature reserve Döberitzer Heide stretches to the B5 at Elstal and Dallgow. The former cavalry and armored group school (Army Riding School), which has been abandoned (still), is not far away. In Krampnitz there is a horse farm. By public transport you are in about 20 minutes in the Potsdam city center and in about 30 minutes in Berlin-Spandau.
Follow the western Berliner Ring (A10) as far as the AS Potsdam Nord. From there, take the B 273 to the second roundabout. There take the second exit in the direction of "Fahrland" and drive on the L92 to Neu Fahrland. At the traffic lights, take the B2 towards Berlin. After approx. 1 km you can turn right into Krampnitz into the Rotkehlchenweg. After approximately 150 m is the access road to the property on the right.
