Beautiful holiday home in the middle of the picturesque landscape in the heart of Istria. The house was newly built in 2013 and has enough space for several families or groups of friends who want to spend the holiday together. It is new and modern furnished and the comprehensive equipment offers the comfort you need for your vacation. The ground floor houses one large, and one smaller kitchen, 2 living rooms and a dining room, with a recreational room, and a bathroom. First floor has 4 bedrooms, long balcony with beautiful view, and 2 bathrooms.
On the beautifully landscaped and enclosed property invites a 70 sqm swimming pool with an outdoor shower to cool off. In the garden there is also a barbecue, where you can prepare delicious dishes on the grill and enjoy in a relaxing atmosphere and natural surroundings. Also, it's equipped with kids playground.
The house is a good starting point for excursions to the famous tourist destinations of Istria: Rabac, Pula, Rovinj and Porec.

The villa is ideally located: in the center of Istria. It is in a small village named Sutivanac, surrounded by nature, very quiet and inspiring. Perfect location for exploring Istria, and it's cultural and gastronomy pleasures. Everything is in a radius of maximum one-hour driving.
The villa is on a small hill which gives it an amazing view on its surrounding.

The cancellation costs will be calculated from the date on which “Istra Vacation” by DAH Istra d.o.o. receives a written request for the cancellation, and it is as follows:
For cancellations up until 30 days before arrival -30% of the full reservation amount is non refundable
For cancellations within 30 days before arrival date - 100% of the full reservation amount is non refundable.
Cancellation policy COVID-19: Within 30 days before arrival, Refund of the reservation is possible only if the restrictive measures given by national governments, which relate exclusively to the COVID-19 virus, also apply to persons who have been vaccinated. Under the term measure, it is considered that persons who have been vaccinated must also be in quarantine (self-isolation) for a certain period of time, when entering Croatia or returning to their home country. Refund also applies in the event that a guest becomes infected with the COVID-19 virus 7 or less days before the arrival date.
Refunds are issued in the form of a voucher that the guest can only use on the Istra Vacation website for reservation in the future time period, and no later than 2 years. The amount of the voucher that the guest will receive corresponds to the amount of money that the guest paid to confirm the reservation for which he has now been granted a refund.
If the traveler does not arrive to the destination or cancels the service of the accommodation after it began, “Istra Vacation” by DAH Istra d.o.o. charges the full price of the reservation.
For every cancellation of the reservation “Istra Vacation” by DAH Istra d.o.o. charges 15 EUR of administrative expenses.
You must send cancellations directly by email to info@istra-vacation.com. The day of the reception of the written email confirmation is considered as the day of the cancellation.
