The kitchen is equipped with all modern conveniences, and the spacious dining table is very suitable for a large group. The holiday home is all on one floor. The 5 bedrooms adjoin the living room with an open kitchen. At the back of the house, there is the living room with a sofa and a cozy wood stove. The modern kitchen, with a large dining table for 10 people, is fully equipped including a dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, combination oven, and is a great place to prepare a delicious dinner.
As of 09.2018, the house will have a Jacuzzi!
The secluded and verdant garden at the back of the holiday home features a lovely terrace, a permanent grill, a delightful outdoor Jacuzzi, and a hammock for relaxation. There's a garden shed for storing various items and an outdoor (cold) shower. The garden is beautifully and privately situated.
- Reservations for groups or parties of persons under 26 years of age are not permitted.
- This property is not rented out to groups of young people.
- Parties and amplified music are not allowed.

The holiday home is the perfect location for your beach vacation or for hiking and cycling in the area around Sint Maartenszee. Access to the beach at Sint Maartenszee is a 10-minute walk away, and you can reach the beach after a lovely stroll through the dunes of Zwanenwater.

We recommend that you take out valid travel and cancellation insurance, as well as liability insurance. Any risks and costs associated with a cancellation will be borne by the renter.
A trip cancellation is possible at any time. However, a booking cancellation can only be made in writing. The booking fee and the following cancellation fees are then due:
- Up to 91 days before the start of the trip: 20% of the rental price
- From the 90th day to the 61st day before the start of the trip: 50% of the rental price
- From the 60th day to the 31st day before the start of the trip: 75% of the rental price
- From the 30th day to the 14th day before the start of the trip: 90% of the rental price
- Less than 14 days before the start of the trip, or if the trip is not commenced: the entire rental price
