The holiday home is furnished in a modern country style. It is located on the ground floor and is equipped with a separate entrance door at the east side of the house.
The wide property (ca. 3000 m²) has been left predominantly in its natural state however it is mowed and cultivated at regular intervals. So it is available for your leisure activities.

Bicycles and barbecue can be used at own risk for free. All mentioned leisure activities can be reached by car within 10 to 30 minutes.
The property is surrounded on three sides by fields. In a westward direction you have a beautiful view to Wolgast City, often you can watch fantastic sunsets. At the east side a guesthouse adjoins the property. Distance to the next city (Wolgast) is about 3 km. By car it takes you only 15 min to the seaside resorts Zinnowitz (6 km) or Trassenheide (5km).
By bicycle it takes you about half an hour to the next seaside resort Trassenheide.
Dog areas: By car you are in a few minutes at separated areas on the beach where dogs are allowed.
If you go by car please enter the island on road B 111 passing through Wolgast City. Having passed the tamoil petrol station at the city limit carry on for about 800 m, then turn to the right and enter a small way (the right one from the both you see) that leads directly to Achterwiek house.

Rücktritt des Mieters („Stornobedingungen“)
Der Mieter kann jederzeit vom Vertrag zurücktreten.
Der Rücktritt muss schriftlich erfolgen.
Nimmt der Gast die gebuchte Unterkunft nicht in Anspruch, kann der Vermieter eine angemessene Entschädigung verlangen.
Der Vermieter verpflichtet sich, die stornierte Unterkunft unverzüglich nach Erhalt der schriftlichen Rücktrittserklärung neu anzubieten und anderweitig zu vermieten. Soweit die Unterkunft neu vermietet werden kann, wird dem Gast die zuvor geleistete Anzahlung abzüglich einer Bearbeitungsgebühr von 30,00 € erstattet. Im Falle der Neuvermietung durch eine provisionspflichtige Zimmervermittlung wird die dafür zu erstattende Provision an den Vermittler ebenfalls abgezogen.
Wenn die Neubelegung der stornierten Unterkunft nicht oder nur teilweise gelingt, hat der Gast eine Entschädigung in Höhe von
- 90% bei Nicht-Anreise, Nicht-Inanspruchnahme bei Anreise oder Stornierung bis zu 30 Tagen vor Anreise,
- 60% bei Stornierung innerhalb von 31-60 Tagen vor Anreise,
- 30% bei Stornierung innerhalb von 61-90 Tagen vor Anreise
des jeweils vereinbarten Übernachtungspreises für die Zeit des Leerstandes zu leisten.
Eine abschließende und maßgebliche Abrechnung erfolgt seitens des Vermieters spätestens 7 Tage nach dem ursprünglich vereinbarten Abreisetermin.
