Set in the beautiful patio of the house, the private, 5mx 3m chlorine pool with a depth of 1.8m is surrounded by four sun loungers, an exterior shower and a furnished porch to enjoy great al fresco dining. Maybe you fancy cooking outside and surprising your loved ones with homemade meat and vegetables from the barbecue? Another covered terrace on the first floor is nice for reading a good book overlooking the pool. As the house is in the town, there are next-door neighbours.
The ground floor comprises a air conditioned sitting-dining room with open plan kitchen. Sit down on the sofa, watch a film (Smart-TV), a DVD or listen to your favorite music. Eight people can share meals, laughs and talks around the dining table. The kitchen fitted with gas hob, oven, high chair for a baby and the most important kitchenware will make cooking during your holidays very easy. The laundry, located on the terrace, counts with washing machine and tumble dryer. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor: one double and one twin bedroom. Besides, there's a bath with massage-shower on the ground level. The master bedroom with double bed and bathroom en-suite has access to a terrace and is located on the upper floor. This bright and airy room is perfect if you travel with your baby as we can prepare a cot there. There's another bathroom with bathtub on the first storey. The last bedroom counts with two twin beds, closet and has access to a balcony. Three of the bedrooms have AC.
Note: We cannot accept guests under 30 years unless you are a family. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.

There's a mandatory tourist tax in Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55 EUR/night and guest during the low season and 2.2 EUR/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day for your stay. The payment of this tax will be made through an external, safe link and you will pay directly to the agency.

The cottage is located in the outskirts of Muro, a 10-15 minutes' drive from dreamlike beaches as Can Picafort or Playa de Muro. Both beaches have golden, fine grained sand and crystalline waters. You can cover your everyday needs in Muro as there are supermarkets, a gas station, bars and everything else you may need. Try our tasty tapas in the town of Sa Pobla, a few kilometers from the house and meet the locals. On Sunday you could shop fresh fruits, vegetables, clothes and handcraft on the market of Sa Pobla.

If a client wishes to cancel his booking he should immediately advise Homerti by calling and writing. In case a booking is cancelled by the guest, the agency will receive a cancellation fee as specified below:
Cancellation earlier than 35 days before arrival: Free cancellation.
Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee
If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.
