The studio has a double bed 1.40 X 2.00 and a comfortable sofa bed 1.00 X 2.00 for a child. You look directly into the green, into the garden. The studio is suitable for 1-2 people, also with children. The one-room apartment is in the basement, has a separate entrance, is sunny and bright. A mini kitchenette allows self-sufficiency. Dishes, refrigerator, microwave, 2 plate stove. Our small terrace is right in front of the window, where you can sit comfortably in the sun. Smoking is allowed here. Access to the terrace is through the "laundry room" which is shared by a neighbor. The studio has no dishwasher (it still needs to be washed off) and no washing machine. A laundromat is about 1 km from the studio. The city center, the old town are a short walk away. The battles, Neues Museum Weserburg, the modern, a few minutes away. Shops for daily needs are located in the immediate vicinity in the Pappelstrasse shopping street. The Neustadt has many small cafes and is a colorful district right next to the center.
