Description

The apartment consists of three bedrooms from which two are located to the quiet courtyard. Two bedrooms have king size beds (79 x 79 inches/2x2 meters), one has two single beds (39 x 79 inches/1x2 meters). All bedrooms are equipped with high-quality boxspring beds. In the living room there is a fully equipped kitchen with stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, fridge, deep freezer, etc. Every room is equipped with a 39'' inch smart TV. The apartment is on the first floor, regrettably there is no elevator.

Please note: There is no parking belonging to the apartment. 300 meters away are the parkings "Kurhaus" and "Coulinstraße" (chargeable).

Holiday destination

The apartment is in the city center: 30 meters to the pedestrian zone, 400 meters to the casino, theatre and the park "Warmer Damm", 200 meters to the bath Kaiser-Friedrich-Therme" and 1 kilometer to the convention center. A bus stop to Wiesbaden main station is directly before the apartment. Nearby the apartment you find coffee bars, restaurants, bars, supermarkets and shops.

Getting there

From Wiesbaden central station please take the bus lines 1 (direction Nerotal) or 8 (direction Eigenheim/Bahnholz) until Webergasse (a drive of around 10 minutes). If you travel by car you can park it at parking "Kurhaus" in the Wilhelmstraße, 300 meters away from our apartment.

Die Fewo ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Es hat alles wunderbar geklappt.Durch die zentrale Lage war für uns alles Zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Anlässlich eines Treffens mit ehemaligen Mitschülerinnen und deren Partnern waren mein
Mann und ich vom 25. bis 30.9.22 in Wiesbaden in der Fewo An den Quellen, Webergasse 24.
Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Sie ist sehr geräumig, zentral gelegen und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Fußgängerzone liegt direkt um die Ecke und eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich vor der Tür.
Besser und zentraler kann man nicht wohnen.
Wir können die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen!

Sehr gut ausgestattete, geschmackvoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung direkt in der Innenstadt. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Kaffee, Wasser, Gewürze, Spülmaschinen Tabs viele Kleinigkeiten die vorhanden waren - sehr angenehm.
Unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe, netter Austausch mit den Vermietern. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
