The holiday apartment Appartamento G is located in the heart of Cannobio, about 3 km behind the Swiss border. The renowned Swiss luxury town of Ascona is approximately 8 km away.
The apartment is in a completely renovated villa directly on the lake, on the lakeside promenade, with a magnificent view of the lake and the mountains on the opposite side.
It is the only apartment that is being rented out to holiday guests - for the first time in 2017 - the other 3 are privately used.
It is very quiet, although you are right in the center of the small fishing village.
On foot, you can reach the public beach in less than 5 minutes, the boat pier, harbor, bicycle rental, and countless restaurants, bars, supermarkets, and shops are within a radius of 800 meters.
A private, free underground garage parking space is located about 500 meters away, and you can park directly in front of the house for unloading.
The apartment is equipped as follows:
Large bright living room with access to the balcony, (a table and chairs invite you to lounge) sofa bed, TV, dining area, and open kitchen with dishwasher
Bedroom with vaulted ceiling, (facing the back alley) bed, wardrobe, and bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet, and washing machine.
The entire apartment has been lovingly renovated and is equipped with high-quality flooring and furniture, preserving the 200-year-old charm of the house in details, such as the vaulted ceilings.
It is a wonderful place to relax, do something, or both. If you don't want to drive into the valleys, or visit the outlets of Alessi and Co, or pay a visit to Milan, you can really leave the car in the garage for the holiday!!

The golf courses are approximately 10/ and 20 km away in Ascona and Gravelona Toce respectively.
Cannobio is the first town just past the Swiss border. It's an idyllic fishing village that has grown a bit in recent years, yet has retained its quintessential Italian charm.
From the holiday apartment, you can embark on beautiful hikes, take a boat to the market in Luino on the opposite shore, or visit the Borromean Islands.
The public beach is only 500 meters away, where you can swim or rent boats, pedal boats, canoes, surfboards, or sailboats! There's also a mini-golf course, tennis courts, skate ramps, and much more, all within walking distance!
