Holiday destination
The enchanting landscape of Lago Maggiore, with its colours and fragrances, markets and small towns, invites you to enjoy a wide range of holiday activities. Lake Lugano and the towns of Locarno and Ascona are well within reach. Hiking, cycling, relaxing, bathing days, and trips, anything is possible. It is easy to get to the Borromean Islands, Stresa or the little towns and markets on the west bank by boat; Milan is only one hour away by car and you can explore the alpine pastures and mountain resorts nearby. Surfing, sailing, and pedal boating on the Lago will delight water lovers.
Getting there
The trip through the Gotthard Massif tunnel or alternatively via the St Bernhard tunnel will most likely be part of your travel route and then you drive to Bellinzona at which point you take the road to Lugano along the Lombardy coast of Lago Maggiore until you reach Luino. From Zenna you will now be in Italy and will only need about 1 1/4 hours after leaving the tunnel to arrive at your holiday home. But the journey through the Ticino and the Upper Italian countryside itself is beautiful, featuring the emerald green of the rivers and green and grey mountains, with many churches and mountain villages on the slopes. The road runs along the lake with many curves but also magnificent views.

Alles zur vollsten Zufriedenheit im Haus, dem Garten und dem Ausblick. Lediglich die Fahrten den Berg rauf und wieder runter sind etwas stressig, allerdings wird dies mit einem wundervollen Blick wieder versöhnt.

Wir waren eine Familie mit fünf Personen. Garten, Lage mit fantastischem Blick. Haus befindet sich in einer Anlage mit diversen Sportmöglichkeiten. Der Pool sehr gepflegt u sauber. Gastronomie etwas unfreundlich und unmotiviert. Das Haus dafür sehr schön eingerichtet u sauber, unproblematische Buchung. Zu empfehlen für Familien oder für solche die Erholung u Natur suchen.
