The well-kept country estate is located at an altitude of 250 m in the heart of Valdichiana near the medieval village of Marciano della Chiana. The Battle of Scannagallo took place here in 1554. The villa is located in the province of Arezzo in Valdichiana, near Lake Trasimeno. It is a wonderful place for peace and relaxation, but at the same time it is strategically located with good motorway connections for day trips to the art and cultural cities of central Italy such as Rome, Florence, Cortona, Arezzo, Perugia, Assisi, Siena, Montalcino, Pienza. The beautiful surrounding landscape invites you to take part in all sorts of activities such as cycling, hiking, trips to the swimming lake or a visit to the nearby thermal baths. In the next village, 1.5 km away, you will find grocery stores, a restaurant, bank, post office and the bus station. The nearest large supermarket is 8 km away.
