Anlage und Haus sind ins Alter gekommen und werden nur schlecht gepflegt. Dafür schöne Lage und viel Umschwung, da hat sich unser Hund gefreut. Bei Reklamationen und Defekten wird der Eigentümer rasch kommen, das ist positiv. Pool sollte Renoviert werden.
