The comfortable two-story villa has recently been renovated and offers with 140 m² enough space for max. 11 people in 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.
On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with fireplace and a piano, satellite TV, DVD player and a sofa bed for 2 persons. From here you have access to the large terrace. In addition you find on this level the well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a laundry room.
The separate annexe surprises with a loft with two large glass fronts. It is furnished with a double sofa bed, satellite TV, air conditioning and an own bathroom with shower.
On the 1st floor, which is also air-conditioned, you will find one double bedroom with TV, DVD player, safe and a bathroom with shower en suite, a twin bed room and a room with three beds – a double bed and single bed, also with TV, DVD player and safe. In addition, there is a large bathroom with tub.
The well-tended garden offers an area of 2,000 m². Near the house is the fenced pool area with two different pools (6 x 12m with diving board, and 4 x 3m, 0,55m deep with Jacuzzi). Here guests can relax and wind down on the sun loungers in the shade of parasols. Nearby a grill and a pizza oven invite to prepare meals outdoors.
