You won’t want to be in another place but the beautiful exterior area of this house. Of course, the central element is the chlorine pool sizing 7 x 4 metres and with a depth between 0.8 and 1.9 metres, around which you will enjoy the sun and weather the wonderful gardened area full of sunbeds. By the house, you will find the porch, ideal to have lunch or dinner outside while the little ones take a dip or play. You can also prepare delicious barbecues. . There is another terrace on the first floor, a little corner to relax at night and watch the starry sky. The property is fenced and there are attached neighbours.
The 250m2 house has two floors. On the ground floor you can rest in the living -dining room and watch the satellite television. It shares room with the dining area which can easily accommodate up to 8 people. The kitchen is independent and fully equipped, including a ceramic hob. There are 4 bedrooms to rest in the house. There are two of them on the ground floor and both feature twin beds, a wardrobe and a fan. A shower bathroom completes this storey. On the first floor you will find the other two bedrooms. One has a double bed, fan, wardrobe and an en-suite shower bathroom. The last one counts with twin beds, fan, wardrobe and exit to the terrace. There is also a bathroom with a shower for this floor. In addition, in the house you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board, and the living room and bedrooms are air-conditioned.

There's a mandatory tourist tax in Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax. This chalet is located in a quiet urbanization of Cala Egos in Cala d?Or. The nearest beach is that of Caló des Pou. It is a white sandy beach and it counts with date palms and trees to stay away from the sun. It is an environment characterised by a great natural beauty. Only 0.1 maritime mile away you will find the Cala d?Or marina. You can visit the ?Fortí?, a military fortification from 1730 which is now a museum. The town of Cala d?Or is quite near and there you will find the basic services for your stay. You can also visit Santanyí and the Mondragó Natural Park.

If a client wishes to cancel his booking he should immediately advise Homerti by calling and writing. In case a booking is cancelled by the guest, the agency will receive a cancellation fee as specified below:
Cancellation earlier than 35 days before arrival: Free cancellation
Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee
If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.
