The beautiful holiday home Villa Oliva is situated on a hillside on a large plot surrounded by palm, olive, and orange trees, as well as an organic vegetable garden that is also available to guests. Villa Oliva is very well furnished and consists of 1 large living room with an open fireplace and 2 sleeping chairs, 1 separate kitchen, and 2 double bedrooms. If needed, a dependance with a bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom can be rented additionally, providing space for 2 more guests. The large outdoor area offers a terrace with sea views and an outdoor kitchen.
The owner is very nature-oriented and maintains his own estate; from this, guests have access to organic vegetables and fresh eggs free of charge.

Villa Oliva is located approximately 1.5 km from Capoliveri, on the popular western slope above the Golfo di Stella. The picturesque, narrow alleys of Capoliveri with restaurants and boutiques invite you to stroll; the piazza is a popular meeting spot for an aperitif.
The nearest beach is Madonna delle Grazie, about 600 meters away, and many other large and small sandy beaches can be reached within a few minutes by car. In Capoliveri, you will also find supermarkets and other shops for daily needs.

The landlords can charge the following flat-rate cancellation fees through IMM as authorized collection agents in the event of cancellation, taking into account saved expenses and the usually possible re-letting of the holiday home. These flat-rate cancellation fees amount to:
a) For a cancellation up to the 50th day before the start of occupancy, 30% of the total price.

In the event that you cannot start your trip due to an official travel ban for the Elba region, Tuscany, Italy, we offer you a free rebooking. Alternatively, we will refund the travel amount already paid - minus a small processing fee. We are happy to inform you about the deadlines required for this.
