On the ground floor there is a bedroom with a double bed set in stone with an integrated bathroom (shower and toilet), a bedroom with a double bed, single bed and traditional bathroom (shower and toilet), as well as a separate toilet. Furthermore there is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area for 10 people and an open living room. The first floor is appointed with a bathroom with hot tub/shower and toilet, as well as a bedroom with two single beds and a double bed set in stone. The villa also has a living room with traditional wooden sofas, a refrigerator and TV.
The outdoor area offers a spacious swimming pool 4,5 meters x 8,5 meters, various terraces with pergola as roofing and a stonebuild barbeque.

The villa lies at the foot of the mountain Keramos, about 1000 meters outside the village Kerames and offers a unique view of the south coast from Matala to Plakias, the Libyan Sea with the islands of Paximadia and the small village Kerames located nearby. This place is located in the middle of the great outdoors. It is perfect for a relaxing vacation with absolute freedom. Restaurants and a small supermarket lies in Kerames, about 1000 meters away and the next sandy beach is located about 3 kilometers away.
