Cancellation / Cancellation and Rebooking:
The cancellation of the contract by the customer can take place at any time, but requires a written form. Decisive for the calculation of the cancellation costs is the receipt-date of the e-mail with owner Jivka.
The following cancellation fees are charged:
• Cancellation up to 42 days prior to arrival: 30% of the rental price
• Cancellation from 42 (inclusive) to 28 days before rental: 60% of the rental price
• Cancellation from 28 (inclusive) to 10 days before the beginning of the rental: 90% of the rental price
• Cancellation from 10 (inclusive) days before arrival: 100% of the rental price.
For each cancellation, change of booking or change of contract, a processing fee of 20.00 Euro will be charged
