Cancellation policy
If you do cancel you will have to pay cancellation charges. The amount you pay depends on the date we have been informed of the cancellation in writing. The following cancellation charges apply: If you wish to cancel your booking always the 30% of total cost is not refundable. Within 30 days prior to arrival date amount is not refundable.
Lovely Istria recommends buying the Trip cancellation insurance in cooperation with Uniqa d.d. insurance during the rent reservation. In case of booking cancellation, the guest claims the reimbursement of the funds in accordance with the terms of Uniqa d.d. insurance policies, directly from the insurance company.
Lovely Istria will provide all of the necessary documentation upon the insurance company's request for the needs of processing of the claim for the damage compensation.

Holiday destination
Barban, a small medieval town in southern part of central Istria. Barban’s attractions include defense walls and city gates from the late Middle ages, four old churches with priceless frescoes and glagolitic inscriptions. Barban became famous thanks to a knight race called ‘Trka na prstenac’ that is held every August and attracts lots of visitors and VIP’s. The nearest beach is in a village Krnica, around 10 kilometers away. Nearby you can find a horse ranch with specialized riding programs. Pula, the largest city of Istria, is only a half hour drive away from Villa Mala kopa and we don’t recommend visiting Istria without seeing wonderful remains from Pula’s long and interesting history, including the Amphitheatre, city gates, the incredible Arch of the Sergii etc. The beauty of Brijuni national park leaves everybody speechless and the island of Veli Brijun is easily reachable by boat that ships from the small fishermen town Fažana.
