Our flat is situated in a quiet street. You can park in our street (no extra cost). There is a SAT-TV, Wifi and a radio. A bakery shop is partof the house and a butcher is just round the corner. There is a little supermarket within easy walking distance and three restaurants (mexican,italian, indian) and a pub also not far away.
Within 20 - 25 minutes you may walk through the "Gärtnerviertel", a part of the world heritage site, into the old center of town or you take a bus (bus stop in about 150m from us) and are there in about 5-10 minutes.
Bamberg is not only world heritage but also a beer town. Still there are 9 private breweries in Bamberg and every brewery brews several different beers. There are lots of little private breweries in the region which is known for its culture and food.

You can easily reach our house from the motorway A 70 (exit Bamberg) or A 73 (exit Bamberg-South). The nearest airport to Bamberg is Nürnberg (Nuremberg), which is only 40 miles away. You can rent a car or go to the Central Station by public transport.
Bamberg is a medieval city with also baroque houses in the old center. In the region there are famous monasteries and sights and the towns Coburg, Bayreuth and Nürnberg are not far away. The region is also known for its variety of breweries.
Sie erreichen die Ferienwohnung Heinrichs-Eck leicht von der Autobahn A 73 (Ausfahrt Bamberg-Süd oder Ausfahrt Bamberg-Ost) und von der Autobahn A 70 (Ausfahrt Bamberg). Parkplätze direkt vor der Haustür sind vorhanden. unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft.
In zwei Minuten erreicht man zu Fuß die nächste Bushaltestelle (Kloster-Banz-Straße) in der Zollnerstraße (Linien 901 und 931 sowie Nachtbuslinie 935). Auch die Nachtlinie hält hier. Von dort sind es nur zwei Haltestellen bis zum Bahnhof.
Der nächste Flughafen befindet sich in Nürnberg, ca. 60km südlich. Mit der S-Bahn und/oder dem Zug oder einem Leihwagen kommen sie nach Bamberg. In zehn Minuten kann man vom Bahnhof zu uns zu Fuß gehen.
