Munky holiday home - What can I offer you?
Over 90 m2 I have a spacious living/dining area, a high quality kitchen with everything your heart desires, a sauna bath on the ground floor with floor level shower, a utility room with washing machine/dryer and a small work place under the stairs. Everything is laid out for at least 6 persons. From the raclette machine and a fondue set, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, everything is there, you won't miss a thing. See if you like it.
A word about the technology: under-floor heating in the entire house, wifi, digital cable TV, DVD player, radio and CD and hopefully enough outlets for phone charging. I also think its great that I have a wood stove and sauna for the colder months. After a fall or winter walk on the beach, these are perfect. The stairs to the upper floor have a baby gate at the top.
There are 3 bedrooms on the upper floor. In bedroom 1 there is a double bed of 180 x 200 cm, a second TV, so no fighting about the sports news on holiday! - and a walk in closed. You can see it plainly on the plan. Bedroom 2 has a double bed of 160 x 200 cm and bedroom 3 has two singel beds of 90 x 200 cm. Naturally I come equipped with a cot for the little ones and a high chair. Children should be really comfortable here. Therefore, I've got a selection of toys and books for you, as well as a handcart and beach toys. Oh yeah! On the upper floor there is the large bathroom with bathtub, WC and double sink.
My terrace is set up so it faces optimally south and southwest. Garden chairs and table, parasol and grill are waiting for you. And then there is a beautiful extra wide beach basket - très chic The garden and the entire property are available to my guests. In the garden shed there is the handcart and two so-called baker's bikes, so you don't have to walk to get your bread rolls in the morning.

Only 350 m from the beach, Munky is located on the spa park in a small side street in Breege/Juliusruh. The Wittow peninsula is the most northerly part of the island of Rügen and is bordered by the Baltic Sea, the Wieker salt marshes and the Great Jasmund salt marsh. From here, you can take the boat to Hiddensee and to the Störtebek festival. Cape Arkona can be reached by bike over the natural paths. The unique 8 km sandy beach of the Schaabe is perfect for swimming, playing and relaxing.
On the B96 from Bergen, Sagard, Glowe to Juliusruh/Breege, at the second sign for the port turn left into the Dorfstrasse, around the curve and then immediately turn right.

Prices, payment and due dates.
(1) The rental prices in our price list apply. The prices are gross prices.
(2) The renter must also pay tourist tax. The Kurkarte/tourist tax must be paid by the renter on site, unless the owner calculates it in advance.
(3) The renter must pay a deposit of 25% of the rental price within 7 working days after the booking confirmation is received to the bank account on the booking confirmation. The rest of the payment must be made at the latest one month before the rental starts to the bank account listed on the booking confirmation.
(4) In the event of short term contracts under one month before arrival, the renter must pay the entire rental price immediately to the owner and the payment of the full contract amount before the house key is handed over (through original bank confirmations or original bank statements).
Cancellation of contract. Cancellation
(1) The renter and owner can withdraw from the contract at any time before arrival. The owner has a claim to appropriate damages that are based on the amount of the rental price deducting the value of saved expenses as well as success in re-renting the property.
(2) A flat fee will be agreed between the parties for damage claims pursuant to section (1) as follows:
- cancellation up to 90 days before arrival 20% of the rental price
- cancellation up to 60 days before arrival 0% of the rental price
- cancellation up to 30 days before arrival 60% of the rental price
- cancellation from the 29th day before arrival to the arrival day 90% of the rental price
The owner has the right to demand damages either as a flat fee or based on concrete calculations. If the owner claims a flat fee for damages, the owner will receive proof that the owner has incurred damages in the amount claimed.
(3) The owner recommends that the renter takes out travel cancellation insurance with their booking for the amount of the contract.
There are no separate fees for power and water! The tourist tax must be paid on site.
