Visit us in our newly renovated apartment Die Perle on Tenerife.
Excellently and optimally suited for 6 holidaymakers on a living space of 50 m². The open eat-in kitchen is fully equipped. The apartment features two bathrooms. There is also a spacious 70 m² terrace where you can admire a breathtaking view of the ocean and the mountains. Smoking is only permitted on the terrace. We can prepare a children's cot for you on request.

Wohnung erscheint auf den Bildern im Internet viel grösser als in Wirklichkeit, vor allem die beiden Schlafzimmer sind extrem eng, wie auch das Bad/WC mit einer Duschkabine von ca. 60 x 60cm .
Für 2 - 3 Personen ok, für mehr wird's eher knapp. Essen nur auf Terrasse möglich.
Sehr grosse Terrasse mit schönem Ausblick aufs Meer. Gegenüber liegendes Aqua Land ist nicht störend.
Wohnung ist gut ausgerüstet, liegt in Gehdistanz zum Zentrum und Strand ( 10-15 Minuten)
Sitzgruppe auf Terrasse ist ins Alter gekommen.

Vorab: die Kommunikation mit Frau Justyna Jagielska klappt hervorragend :-), herzlichen Dank dafür!!!
Die Wohnung liegt erhöht, mit fantastischer Meer- und Bergsicht. Wir genossen die 70 m2 Aussenfläche bereits zum Frühstück.
Obwohl die Gesamtanlage über viele Appartements verfügt ist die Lage sehr ruhig und lädt zum entspannen ein.
Sehr positiv aufgefallen ist uns:
- Sauberkeit der Wohnung
-gut ausgerüstete Küche
-hervorragende Betten
-gut funktionierende Nasszellen
-sehr schnelles und stabiles Wlan, TV in allen Zimmern, Netflix vorhanden
-Waschmaschine
-Einkaufsmöglichkeiten / sehr gute Restaurants in unmittelbarer Umgebung
-Parkplatz auf dem Gelände
Zusammengefasst : Einfach wunderbar, wir freuen uns auf einen weiteren Urlaub auf Teneriffa in der
Ferienwohnung die Perle!!!

Alles in allem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt, fast als wären wir zu Hause. Nur konnte ich mit den Sonnenliegen überhaupt nichts anfangen, die waren so sehr flach. Ich bin nicht mehr ganz jung und
auch nicht mehr so ganz gesund.
