We have 5 bedrooms with 3 double beds and TV, one of them with an infrared cabin, 1 two-single room and 1 one bedroom.
At the ground floor is the large dining room with fireplace, large dining table and the big sofa with TV.
Our kitchen is completely new and full equipped. Wifi is included.
Also we have a lot of stuff for children like a playground at the garden and babybed, highchair and things to play.
At the garden you have 2 lounges/ terrace to relax.

Garmisch-Partenkirchen is 6km far away. Long country trail is 50 m far away.
Ski Area and Mountain trails 2km.
You can reach us by car over the motorway A95 Munich-Garmisch or or over A7 Kempten-Füssen and via Reutte/ Ehrwald. With the train until Garmisch-Partenkirchen. From there with the Eibseebus or Zugspitzbahn to Grainau. From there you have to go 5 minutes to our house.
Check in: every day. The house is ready to move in at 16 o` clock. If you are coming later than 20 o`clock, please call us. Check out: 9.30 o`clock. The deposit is 50%.
