My holiday home offers you a cozy atmosphere with upscale and comfortable furnishings. Here, every comfort is provided for you. The new garden lounge on the wind-protected sunny terrace with an automatic awning invites you to enjoy cozy barbecue evenings. The living room is furnished with high-quality and tasteful decor.
The holiday house is equipped with 3 bedrooms. In both upstairs bedrooms, an additional TV is available. All German channels and Wi-Fi are available. The kitchen is fully stocked with a Jura coffee machine, oven, microwave, etc. The sauna can be used free of charge. The property on the edge has a generous fenced garden, like a green oasis with a view of the flower fields and dunes.
Julianadorp boasts the most sunshine hours in the Netherlands. It is surrounded by flower fields that glow in all colors during the blooming season. There are several good restaurants in the area, as well as a large shopping center, Aldi, Deen, Lidl, a pharmacy, bakery, butcher, fish shop, cafe, and ice cream parlor, doctors, etc.
A children's travel cot, high chair, and stair gate are available free of charge. 3 bicycles can be used without any guarantee and at your own risk. For the beach, 2 beach trolleys and a windbreak are at your disposal.

Den Helder: Fort Kijkduin, Naval Museum, Lighthouse Huisduinen, Harbor, Weekly Market.
Island of Texel: ferry every half hour from Den Helder.
Alkmaar: Historic Old Town, Canal Cruise, Cheese Market.
IJsselmeer: Afsluitdijk, Medemblik, Hoorn.
Amsterdam: Canal Cruise, Rijksmuseum, Van Gogh Museum, Anne Frank House. Beverwijk: largest bazaar in Europe.
The wonderful beach has been awarded the environmental "Blue Flag" multiple times, which stands for cleanliness and quality. The magnificent dune landscape is perfect for delightful cycling and hiking tours.
The beach is about 1 km away and is easily accessible. The dreamy sunsets are a must-see at the beach restaurant "PAAL 6" (open year-round) or during a walk along the beach.
A large playground is available in the park.
