The spacious living room features a seating area with TV and a dining area. The open kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator with freezer compartment, combination microwave oven, and dishwasher. The bedroom with two single beds has an en suite bathroom with a shower. There is a Finnish sauna that can accommodate 8 people with access to the terrace. On the upper floor, there are three bedrooms. The bathroom is fitted with a shower and a bathtub. There is a separate toilet. The holiday home 'Vuurcoogh' has a large, wild garden. There is a spacious terrace with a fireplace (bring your own wood), which can be used as a barbecue. Garden furniture is available.

We charge a security deposit of €350.00. You will find this on the invoice you receive after reservation. The main renter must be at least 25 years old and must stay in the villa for the entire rental period themselves. Please bring your own bed linen for the cot.

In the event of a cancellation up to forty-two (42) days before the arrival date: thirty percent (30%) of the price*
In the event of a cancellation from the forty-second (42nd) day up to and including the twenty-eighth (28th) day before the arrival date: sixty percent (60%) of the price*
In the event of a cancellation from the twenty-eighth (28th) day up to the day of arrival: ninety percent (90%) of the price*
In the event of a cancellation on the arrival day: one hundred percent (100%) of the price*
