Description

Nestled in a pine forest, this fully restored former sheepfold (170mÂ²) comes with a private pool and air conditioning. Located halfway between the Massif de la Clape and the sea, 4km away. Gruissan is 3.5km away, while the city of Narbonne is 8km distant.
A wonderful place is just 300 meters on foot from the house. It is the ChÃ¢teau Capitoul with its two restaurants and spa. At any time, you can enjoy wines, cocktails, aperitifs, against the backdrop of a sublime landscape.

The holiday home is located on the edge of the nature reserve "la Clape" with a beautiful view of vineyards and the "Capitoul" castle. The well-known holiday destination Gruissan, located southeast of Narbonne, is considered one of the most beautiful villages in France due to its location and successful Mediterranean architecture. With long, fine sandy beaches that slope gently into the sea, surrounded by the mountain ranges of the Massif de la Clape, its hiking and riding trails, the place is situated along a coastal strip where fish-rich Ã©tangs populated by flamingos alternate with wide sandy beaches.

Entspannt Tage in der alten Schäferei

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön, großzügig, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Insbesondere die Küche lässt keine Wünsche offen. Terasse und Poolbereich sind ebenfalls sehr schön. Die Besitzerin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat gute Tips für Restaurants. Narbonne und Gruissant sind sehr nette Orte, die Umgebung ist ideal zum Wandern und radfahren.
Leider ist es nachts bei offenem Fenster etwas laut durch die landstrasse, die an dem grundstück vorbei führt.

Wir waren über Weihnachten und Silvester in dem Ferienhaus und haben uns sehr gut erholt. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig, so dass es auch in der Familie genügend Rückzugsmöglichkeiten gibt. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Das Haus ist sauber, das Grundstück riesig. Da es an einer stark befahrenen Straße liegt und nicht eingezäunt ist, ist mit Hunden etwas Vorsicht geboten. Außerdem gibt es einen traumhaften Pool, den wir im Winter natürlich nicht nutzen konnten, der aber im Sommer sicher Gold wert ist. Die Lage des Hauses ist gut, da man direkt in die Weinberge oder ins Glape-Gebirge kaufen kann. Gruissan, die Strände und auch Narbonne sind innerhalb von zehn Minuten gut zu erreichen. Ein Ferienhaus, das sehr empfehlenswert ist für unternehmungslustige, aber auch ruhesuchende Gäste.

Bereits zum fünften Mal haben wir in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus Urlaub gemacht. Man kommt an und fühlt sich sofort wohl. Es fehlt an nichts. Es ist genauso wie man sich Südfrankreich vorstellt. Wenn man auf der Terrasse sitzt, hat man einen tollen Blick auf den Pool und die Weinreben-und dann noch ein Glas Wein in der Hand... herrlich.
Unsere Kinder (10 Jahre ) sind aus dem tollen Pool gar nicht mehr rauszubekommen und auch wir genießen immer gerne den ungestörten Poolbereich.
Die Küche ist super ausgerüstet. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. So fällt es einem nie schwer zu kochen.

Die Vermieterin ist sehr herzlich, spricht sehr gutes Deutsch und hilft immer weiter. Auch gibt sie gerne Ausflugstipps.
Die Gegend ist wunderschön und es gibt immer wieder was zu entdecken.

Wir kommen wieder.
