The Strandkoje holiday home: Your getaway from everyday life
Our comfortable, detached, feel-good house (level access) features approx. 78 m² of living space and can accommodate 4 people. The holiday home sits on an approx. 350 m² plot of land with a fenced-in garden and features a south-west-facing terrace with an awning and luxury garden furniture (Easter to October) that lets you BBQ and chill out in comfort. A private parking space is located right by the house.
The large living/dining area with an open-plan, built-in kitchen is bright and cosily furnished. A 55" flat-screen TV with German and international channels, a Blu-ray player, Internet radio and free Wi-Fi are all at your disposal.
The kitchen is fully equipped, incl. a fridge with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a 4-hob gas stove, a Siemens compact integrated oven with a microwave, 2 coffee machines (1 x filter coffee, 1 x Nespresso capsule system), a kettle and an egg cooker, a toaster, a mixer, an iron and ironing board, and a combined washer-dryer in the little room next door.
The large bathroom features a level-access rainforest shower, a bathtub and a WC
To make sure you feel as good at night as you do during the day, bedroom 1 features a Swiss-Sense box-spring bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m) with two 11.5 cm-high "Aeromax" toppers, while bedroom 2 includes 2 single beds (0.90 m x 2.00 m) with 7-Zone-Comfort Cold Foam mattresses to give you a good night's sleep.
Terrace furniture and BBQ. A kids' high chair and a kids' travel cot are also provided.

What would the fantastic Strandkoje Julianadorp holiday home be if it didn't have similarly fantastic surroundings?! The long, broad sandy beach, the proximity to the island of Texel and to Alkmaar with its cheese market, and the amenities in the park (indoor swimming pool, tennis courts, golf courses...) all make Julianadorp and the Ooghduyne resort a worthwhile holiday destination year-round.
The "Ooghduyne" resort features a restaurant with a café, a snack bar and a wide range of sports facilities.
2 tennis courts, kids' playgrounds (both indoor and out), 9-hole golf course, family golf course, mini golf and an adventure swimming pool that was only built as recently as 2016.
Julianadorp aan Zee lies nestled among the wide tulip fields and agricultural areas that range along Nordholland's 30 km-long chain of dunes, approx. 5 km from the harbour town of Den Helder.
Shopping centres, beautiful restaurants, cafés, doctors and a pharmacy are all not far away. The Ooghduyne Golf & Beach Resort is a very well-kept resort surrounded by tulip fields in a peaceful location with views of the dunes.
Via Amsterdam, then A9 towards Haarlem, continue towards Alkmaar, then via the N9 towards den Helder (approx. 35km) to Julianadorp. At Resort Ooghduyne, the house numbers are signposted.
