Our luxury Apartment in the ground floor offers our guests a bathroom with separate bath and shower equipment, two wash basins, wasching machine and toilet. The kitchen is equipped to serve groups of up to 16 guests. This Apartment has direct Access to the Dart-, Poolbilliard and Soccertable rooms in the Basement. All other Apartments in this house can as well be reached easily, in case that Groups want to book this Apartment.
The big terrace is a little bit apart from our other garden facilities so that you can enjoy relaxing there during summer. In Winter we offer you wood from our garden trees to light a fire in the living room.
This apartment offers access to WLAN as well as a separate telephoneline.
Furthermore it is prepared to host handicaped people.

From some of the attactions near by we have even brochures in english language available. But we will be happy as well to inform you in english language directly further about possible daytours during your stay here.
The small town of Visselhövede is located in a quiet area not far away from the natural reserve "Luneburger Heather". We offer here very good possibilities for hiking and biking through nature. But also small towns or big cities as Hamburg, Bremen and Hannover are not far away from us and can be reached easily for your day-trips. Your host family offers for many attractions in a circle of 150 km around your appartment informations for bicycle tours, city tours, etc., free of charge.
Your apartment is located in a 30km speed limit zone at the outskirts of our little town, in direction to the town of Verden ( this town is famous for its horse-auktions ).
