The house is large, sleeping 14 people in 5 bedrooms, with air conditioning in the lounge and 3 of the 5 bedrooms. The interiors are vintage designer, late 60s, older but comfortable with large spacious rooms. The private pool is very large and there is a shallow area just for the kids, fully furnished with loungers and umbrellas and with a rooftop terrace sitting area with absolutely breathtaking and complete lake views. The kitchen is fully equipped and spacious, and there are ample dining and lounging areas both indoors and out.
- Bedrooms: Sleeps 12 in 5 bedrooms: family suite with queen double and double sofa bed, lake views and terrace. Double twin with lake view and terrace. Double suite with lake view and terrace. Double suite with Garden view. Double twins on the main floor.
- Bathrooms: 5 bathrooms: 3 full bathrooms ensuite to the bedroom suites and the 4th is a powder room serving the common day areas on the main floor. There is also a 5th bathroom outside by the pool with shower and toilet.
- Kitchen: Kitchen is fully equipped with lots of cupboard space and all major and minor appliances, including a Nespresso machine.
- Indoor Dining/Lounge: Large open space lounge and dining area surrounded by glass and lake view with terrace. Vintage circular wet bar, 42" flat screen TV with sky satellite. Lounge seats 8, Dining seats 12.
- Outdoor Dining/Lounge: There is a very large portico, with three big tables seating total 25+ and a large built in gas barbecue. There is another table for 12 on the lakefront terrace off the lounge.
Pool: very large private swimming pool (16x8m) with a childrens shallow end area (60cm high). At is deepest, the pool is over 3.5m deep with a normal and a high diving board. fully furnished with deck chairs, sun loungers and umbrellas. Bathroom, changing room, showers by the pool.

Holiday Garda no longer requires a damage deposit. All of our guests are now covered for damages in the villa by our liability insurance, with the damage waiver fee of 7 euros per night.

Villa Dolcevita is located in a private residential community, about 1.5km from the Port of Moniga (where you can get ferries to any other port on the lake). It is also about 1.5km from the historic centre of Moniga and its castle and shops, as well as the local shopping mall with supermarket, shops, and even a local pub that becomes a disco on weekend nights. A famous local trattoria, le Tre Santi, is in easy walking distance from the villa (about 800m), and the resort next door has a pizzeria also open to outsiders.
Moniga del Garda is a small town on the West shoreline of Lake Garda, with a picturesque harbour and a massive castle on the hill above the town, which you can see on the right as you drive into the town. You can walk inside the castle and explore the medieval architecture, like stepping back in time, but with a modern twist -- people still live in the castle, and inside there are actually streets with houses! The harbour area is particularly picturesque with a wide expanse of (pebble) beach, and a ferry port where you can get a ferry to any other destination. Desenzano, Salo, Portese, San Felice and Gardone are nearby.

You may cancel the booking at any time up to 60 days before your arrival date, and your advance payments will be returned in full. If you cancel the booking between 60 and 30 days of your arrival, the prepayments will not be refunded. If you cancel within 30 days of arrival, the entire amount of the stay is due. In the unlikely event that the owner must cancel your booking all of your payments will be refunded in full.
