The holiday home EMILY is located in a prime location in Pula-Banjole, just a few meters from the beach. The house is for single use with a nice terrace, small garden, private parking. The house offers in the ground floor kitchen with living room and a toilet, on the 1st floor there are two air-conditioned bedrooms, a bathroom and a large cozy balcony with a view to the nature.
The house is unique, an original Istrian stone house, restored with great attention to detail

Das Haus ist wunderschön und die Lage echt super. Die Nähe des Strandes und 3 Restaurants fussläufig erreichbar. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett. Nach einer Woche bekommt man sogar frische Handtücher und Bettwäsche.

Wir fanden das Haus perfekt. Der Strand ist wirklich direkt vor der Tür. In der ersten Woche unseres Urlaubs war er tatsächlich noch etwas voll, aber keineswegs unangenehm und in der zweiten Woche herrlich entspannt leer. Von hier aus lässt es sich außerdem super die Umgebung und Istrien erkunden. Wir haben keinen Tag bereut dieses Haus gebucht zu haben und es hat unsern Ansprüchen voll und ganz genügt. Wir hatten hier einen sehr sehr tollen Urlaub und waren froh unseren kleinen Strand direkt vor der Tür zu haben, die anderen Strände in der Umgebung konnten hier nicht mithalten.

Wir wollten ein uriges Haus mit modernem Innenleben und genau das haben wir bekommen. Das Haus ist das schönste im Umkreis von 20 Kilometern und liegt direkt am Strand. Der Strand selbst reicht zum Baden aus, ist allerdings saisonbedingt voll gewesen. Dafür ist das Wasser klar und man kann selbst im Trubel der Badegäste Fische beobachten und edle Steckmuscheln entdecken. Der hohe Preis war ein bisschen abschreckend, aber wir fanden dies als Investition in unsere Ruhe und Intimität, die wir als Familie gesucht haben. Der Service war super, der Vermieter sehr nett und die Maklerin toll und professionell. Ein rundherum toller Urlaub.
