The vacation house is a newly built log cabin with a living room, kitchen, 2 south facing double bedrooms with additional beds, bathroom, large balcony and terrace. Crockery, electronic cooker, fridge, oven, coffee maker, sat TV, bed linen, towels, cot and high chair.
The house is perfect also for children. Our farm is situated only 50m away from the vacation house. In summer, calves and horses graze on the surrounding grassland.
The house is bright and cosily furnished. It is heated via solar energy and a central wood heating. During winter you can use the garage to store your skiing equipment.
The vacation house is situated 1km away from the small, idle village St. Nikolaus.

The Ulten valley is one of the most pristine and unspoiled valleys of Southern Tyrol.
The valley ranges from the vineyards and apple orchards up to the Eternal ice. There are many little farms in the surroundings and the peasants cultivate their land with their manual labour.
The mountain railway brings you up to the Schwemm alp- the skiing region- within a few minutes. There you can enjoy great slopes and the mountain magic.
You can join interesting high-altitude mountain tours with an experienced guide, go cross-country skiing, tobogganing or show-shoeing. There is always something to do.
If you come from Bozen drive along the Mebo and take the exit Lana/Industriezone. From there follow the signs to Ultental.
