The 40 sqm holiday apartment is located near the main road, and the nearest pebble beach is only about 250 meters away. The center (approx. 800m) is also within easy walking distance.
The apartment has a separate bedroom with its own exit (patio door) to the outside area.
The second bedroom (double bed) is located in the open living area with a sofa, TV, dining area, and a kitchen.
The apartment is ideal for families.
The bathroom has a shower and toilet. You can enjoy breakfast with a view of the pool, on your terrace right outside your door. Smoking is only permitted on the balcony.

If you're interested in a boat tour with a calm and family-friendly atmosphere, feel free to contact the host. The tour starts at the port of Novi Vinodolski and goes to various spots on the opposite island of Krk. It comes highly recommended.
The well-known holiday destination Novi Vinodolski, on the Riviera of the same name, is located south of Crikvenica in the Kvarner Bay. The small neighboring villages of Povile and Klenovica are also part of the Riviera of Novi Vinodolski.
From Munich, it takes about 6 hours by car via Salzburg. You can also fly to Rijeka Airport or take the train to Rijeka station. From Rijeka station, you can then take the public bus network to Novi Vinodolski.
