This winegrower’s house built around 1860 with original stone roof has always been family owned and has been lovingly and authentically restored in 2004 and equipped with contemporary comfort. Cozy Ticino-style living room with fireplace and direct access to the pergola with local stone table and granite benches. A modern living room with sofa bed and access to the covered terrace. One bedroom with access to the balcony and terrace , and another bedroom with access to the garden on the mountain side . The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with all comforts. A bathroom and a separate toilet. Two parking spaces are available.

Riazzino, Bugaro and Monte Dato forms together the community Lavertezzo-Piano and belongs to the commune of Lavertezzo. Riazzino is on the road Bellinzona-Locarno, and also has a railway station. Monte Dato and Bugaro lies in the hill zone with beautiful views, nestled among vineyards in a quiet area.
