The bright and friendly 3-room flat is equipped for 2 - 4 persons and is located on the ground floor. In a beautiful location, only a few steps to the beach and a few minutes to the town centre.
The flat is approx. 70 m² in size and has two separate bedrooms, one of which has a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m, single mattresses) and the second bedroom has 2 single beds (0.90 x 2.00 m) and a TV and DVD player.
The living/dining area has a cosy sofa set, large TV, DVD player, stereo system, dining area and south-facing terrace with garden furniture.
The separate kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer.
A shower room completes this flat.
Behind the house there is an outside car parking space for the flat.
1 dog is allowed.

from the 21st day before departure: 80% of the rental price
