The bright and tastefully furnished 1-room vacation apartment (1st floor) in Scharbeutz is in a quiet location right next to the spa gardens and approx. 250 m from the beach and the pier. It has a modern kitchenette with oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, coffee machine, Senseo coffee machine, microwave, kettle etc.. You will also find a nice dining area for 2 people, a cozy armchair and a comfortable double bed (1.80 m wide). There is also a flat-screen TV, stereo system and a DVD player with a large selection of CDs and DVDs. A hairdryer is provided in the modern bathroom with shower/WC. The apartment has a large south-west facing balcony, which is equipped with a parasol, seating furniture, a sun lounger and a clothes horse. In the basement of the house you will find a washing machine, a dryer, a solarium and a ping-pong table. Pets are not allowed ! Non-smoking apartment.

44th - 30th day before departure: 30% of the rental price
29th - 22nd day before departure: 60% of the rental price
from the 21st day before departure: 80% of the rental price
